For over two decades, I have worked across design and digital in a wide range of design and innovation projects, including physical and digital interactions, service design, customer experience, strategic design, design research, teaching, and training for most industries and across commercial and public sectors.

– I limit on-site work to workshop days only, preferring remote work or a mix of on-site workshops and remote activities.
– I don’t provide staff augmentation or train-the-trainers services to organisations.
– Although I often work with Agile teams and have knowledge of Agile methodologies, I am not an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
I am Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®), but do not provide it as a service.
– I operate as a boutique business, which means you will be working directly with me or a small team, not a large consulting.
